Boldwick is bringing those ideas together through a retirement-community model built around individual homes, shared experiences, and a dedicated hospitality team. Our focus is a neighborhood that feels personal, with thoughtful support for the details of daily living.
We are evaluating acquisition and development opportunities. Community locations, availability, services, and residency terms will be shared as plans are finalized.

Our planned model pairs an upfront entrance fee for contractual residency rights with a monthly community fee for the services described in the resident agreement.

Residency does not convey a deed or ownership equity. Fees, duration, refund provisions, services, and transition terms will be defined in the final resident agreement. The planned independent-living model does not itself include assisted living or medical care. Any future care arrangements or credits would require separate, finalized terms.
